Step 2: Check In—It’s Easy!
When you arrive, you’ll show your valid ID. Let us know if you’ve placed a pre-order or want to shop in-store. We’ll guide you through every step so you always know what to expect.

Step 3: Take a Breather in Our Waiting Area
Relax in our cozy waiting area until a budtender calls your name. This is your time to take a deep breath and get ready for a personalized experience. If you’re new, let us know—we love helping first-timers feel at ease.

Step 4: Checkout Made Easy
Whether you’ve pre-ordered or picked out your favorites with a budtender, we’ll take care of you at the register. ID check, quick payment (cash, debit, or Pay by Bank), and you’re done! If you need cash, there’s an ATM on-site—super convenient.
